What does RescueMe actually do?
RescueMe Auto is a connector platform. We match road users with verified independent service providers — tow operators, mechanics, drivers, and more. We do not perform the services ourselves.
How fast can I get connected to a provider?
After you submit a request with GPS, we match the nearest online verified provider. Typical ETA depends on location — often 15–45 minutes in Abuja.
What roadside emergencies can I request?
Twelve types: breakdown, battery jump-start, flat tyre, fuel delivery, lockout, towing, minor mechanical, accident recovery, overheating, winching, emergency inspection, and safe relocation.
Is roadside assistance really free?
Yes. Roadside assistance is free for all members — no connection fee and no annual subscription. Create a free account, then request help from your dashboard. We match you with a verified provider and share their contact details. Provider service work (tow distance, parts, labour) is arranged and priced directly with your matched provider.
Do I need a membership to use RescueMe?
Create a free account first. Roadside assistance is free from your dashboard. Vehicle care, general vehicle service, drivers, and training are booked and paid upfront from the same dashboard.
What is free membership?
Every motorist can register free — no annual fee. Free members get 24/7 roadside assistance from their dashboard, RescueMe Points (quizzes, challenges, referrals), My Vehicle profile, and full request tracking.
How do I become a service partner?
Register as a Service Partner, complete your application, upload KYC documents, and go online on your dashboard once approved to receive connections from RescueMe.
Do you support dispatch companies?
Yes. Dispatch and logistics companies can enrol in corporate membership for rider fleet support, training, and coordinated assistance.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral code with friends. When they complete their first job, you earn ₦500 credit toward future provider services.
How does RescueMe make money?
RescueMe is supported by advertising partners (Google AdSense). Secondary revenue comes from vehicle care, general vehicle service, and other paid bookings.
Payments
Roadside assistance is free. Paid service bookings, corporate dispatch membership, and provider service payments can be made by bank transfer or card where available.
